I made this
whole wheat pizza dough and loved it! I'm so glad to finally have found a homemade pizza dough recipe that I enjoy. I made the whole recipe for the dough, but divided it in half to make 2 thin crust pizzas. I only used 1 packet of yeast, rather than 1 Tbsp. I also pre-baked the crust at 500 degrees for 5 minutes, layered with toppings, and then baked at 425 for 6 minutes. Next time I think I'm going to increase the whole wheat flour and reduce the all-purpose flour, but this was a great place to start.
