Taco Meat


I made this taco meat for dinner tonight.  It is made with ingredients that I always have on hand, and is probably a lot more healthy (and less salty), not to mention cheaper, than the processed, packaged taco seasoning mixes.  This recipe was a hit for both Jeremy and I, I don't think we'll ever use the packages again.  The only change that I made was to eliminate the oil and use nonstick spray for the pan.  It was a little spicy, so eliminate or reduce the cayenne if you don't like heat.
