Avocado Mango Salsa
Avocado & Mango Salsa
I served this on top of our fish tacos, and wow, it took them to a whole other level. The creamy and sweetness were amazing against the spicy fish and crunchy red cabbage! This would also be great as a dip with chips, or served on top of grilled fish or chicken (that had been rubbed with salt, pepper, cayenne and cumin prior to cooking).
-1 avocado, diced
-1 mango, diced
-1/4 red onion, diced
-fresh cilantro
-1 Tbsp lime juice
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
-1/8 tsp cumin
-1/8 tsp cayenne
Combine all ingredients, serve immediately.
