In this case it was a blueberry banana smoothie, but any fruit, or combination of fruits works great here.  You could easily add some tofu in here to make this a meal, tofu add protein, a silky texture, and doesn't mess up the flavor at all.  I always use frozen fruit in my smoothies instead of ice cubes, I find that the fruit breaks down better than ice cubes do to give the smoothie a thick texture.

-1/2 cup skim milk (or you could use juice, the idea is just to add liquid)
-1 cup plain or vanilla fat-free yogurt
-1 banana
-2 cups frozen fruit
-1 Tbsp honey

Process ingredients in blender until smooth.  Serve immediately.
