Thai Honey Peanut Chicken
this Thai Honey Peanut Chicken for dinner tonight. The only things that I changed were that I doubled the sauce (to have extra to pour over rice), and I added broccoli. In all it was a quick, good, healthful dinner, but honestly there are so many things that I make that are so delicious that I'm not sure if I'll make this again, it was just mediocre. I do think it would be a great marinade for tofu though, maybe with some fresh ginger, or sesame oil added in.
