I made
these mango coconut smoothies. The only changes I made were to use 2 cups of frozen mango (instead of 1 1/2), and a frozen banana instead of a fresh one (because we like our smoothies cold and thick). We liked them, but would have preferred a less intense coconut flavor, and some more intense mango flavor. Next time I think I'll replace half of the coconut milk with pineapple juice for a different twist.
