Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Muffins



I made these banana oat muffins. The few changes I made were to;

-used 1 whole egg instead of 2 egg whites
-doubled the recipe and used 3/4 c whole wheat flour and 3/4 c all purpose flour
-switch chocolate chips for the pecans

These are a good, healthy breakfast muffin, but don't expect an overly sweet/ heavy dessert muffin.  All 3 of us liked these, I like them best heated up with the chocolate melted and gooey.
