Made over ramen noodles






I made this Martha Stewart ramen noodle upgrade.  The only change I made was that I tripled the recipe, but reduced the Sriarcha to 1 tsp (for the entire tripled recipe).  I thought this was delicious, and super easy.  It would also be great with some shredded carrot, cilantro, or chopped peanuts added in.  It is on the heavier side as far as a side dish goes, so I would plan to serve it with a lighter main dish, or just toss it with some cooked chicken for a one pot dinner.
