I made this Martha Stewart
Pot Roast. This is comfort food at its best. The only change that I made was to sprinkle 1 tsp dried rosemary and 1 tsp dried thyme over everything prior to cooking. Potatoes could also be thrown in with the carrots and onions, but I opted to serve this with mashed potatoes instead. Some fresh garlic, or a bay leaf would also go well in here, but it's great as is!
